The animal rights movement is supported by those people who believe that non-human animals should be free to live their lives free of pain and human exploitation. Human rights activists believe that humans are morally bound to consider non-human animals' suffering as equal to that of humans and challenge belief that animals exist solely to make life more convenient for humans.
